Jim earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Robert Morris College in 1986. He has consistently been a top producer since beginning his executive recruiting career in 1993. Prior to co-founding Quest Consulting Services, Jim spent seven years as a Senior Executive Recruiter for a Pittsburgh-based search firm serving the construction and real estate industries. During that time, he initiated the recruiting effort to diversify markets served by the firm and focused his attention on working with first-time clients. He was able to establish a level of confidence with senior management while enhancing the company's reputation by delivering exceptional talent to the clients he represented.

Jim has carved out a superior reputation for himself as a leader and an effective performer, particularly in locating and attracting exceptional professionals for the nation's leading developer/builders and construction management firms. He has successfully completed complex searches for several major New York City hospitals and publishing companies seeking executives at the Senior Vice President level with compensation packages in excess of $500,000.

John W. Rice, Partner

Since graduating from Robert Morris College in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, John has worked exclusively as an executive recruiter. He began his career with one of the country's largest construction and real estate search firms. In the following six years, he progressed from Recruiter to Project Manager, at which point he was given responsibility for managing many of the larger, more challenging retainer assignments. In 1992, he joined a colleague in the start-up of a new search firm serving the construction and real estate industries. During his tenure as Vice President, John was the leader in sales for eight consecutive years, and helped the company grow to 23 employees and earn $3.1 million in sales before leaving to form Quest Consulting Services.

Throughout his career, John has worked with many of the construction industry's most prominent companies. He is adept at securing a diversity of qualified professionals from Scheduling Engineers to corporate Presidents.
